We listen first: a brief call, a simple week of logging, your personal plan, then a calm app that fits your day without pressure.

  • Observation Week

    Start with a free consultation and a 7-day guided onboarding, where we get to know your habits, health, and routines. Our AI and care team begins learning your patterns from day one.

  • Personalized Plans

    Based on those patterns, we build flexible meal, fitness, and care plan, adapted to your budget, lifestyle, and culture. You can also decide to order weekly meals or track groceries directly from the app.

  • Living Health History

    Every check-in builds a timeline: symptoms, routines, medications, and mood, all in one evolving record. Our system learns what’s working, flags changes, and helps you share real context with a care provider or family.

  • Ongoing Support

    Monthly consultations, on-demand sessions, and intelligent nudges help you stay on track. As life shifts, our AI (Asabe) and care team refine recommendations without forcing resets.

When it doesn’t, it rolls back without shame. So if you’re managing weight, stress, or blood sugar, Pattern Ops keeps care doable, no harsh resets, just steady progress.

When does access open?

We’re onboarding in small waves. Join the waitlist and we’ll notify you when a spot opens up.

Do I need special devices?

No. A smartphone is enough. You can connect wearables later if you like.

Is there a cost?

Pricing will be shared before you decide to proceed after your Observation Week.

Can I use the app without the intro call?

No, everyone starts with the call and Observation Week so we can tailor the experience.

Can I pause anytime?

Yes. You can pause and return without losing your history. We will also need to touch base again especially since you may miss monthly checkups, we do this to make sure your plan still fits and in case any minor or major changes have happened.

Will I get medical advice?

We support daily habits and context. For clinical issues, we escalate to human care.
